Julia graduated from the University North Carolina in 2016 with a degree in Art-Graphic Design &Journalism. She was a member, Public Relations Chair, and Merchandise Chair for the UNC Charlotte Equestrian Team, a member of the UNC Charlotte Women’s Club Lacrosse team, and a member, Public Relations Chair, and Website Coordinator for the Zeta Gamma Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority at UNC Charlotte. Julia graduated with Cum Laude honors and was also inducted into a Collegiate Academic Honor Society. Several of her logo designs were published, such as the official UNC Charlotte Wellness Ambassadors logo, the UNC Charlotte Archery Team’s official logo, and the official UNC Charlotte IFC logo. Julia has also had her Artwork/Logo Design published in the book, The Moving Image Workshop Introducing animation, motion graphics and visual effects in 45 practical projects. Julia has had multiple art pieces featured in the Juried Art Show at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Additionally, Julia has had several fashion journalism articles published in the LOOP Magazine. Julia grew up and lived in New Jersey up until 2013. She spent her summers growing up at the Jersey Shore, in Ortley Beach. Julia now plans to stay in Charlotte, NC and continue her career in advertising and marketing at Ivester Jackson – Christie’s International Real Estate.

I bring expert advice to my clients, guiding them from start to finish, in a way that can only come from 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry; understanding their requirements, finding solutions and negotiating relentlessly on their behalf.

Reed Jackson, Ivester Jackson's managing partner, remains actively involved in assisting clients with the evaluation of the buying and selling of properties in the region. With a diverse background in corporate marketing, mergers and acquisition transition, private equity placement, and real estate investment analysis, Reed is one of the region's most experienced negotiators and strategists. A native of Michigan, Reed lives on Lake Norman with his family, and is frequently retained to coordinate the marketing for many of the area's most exclusive properties. He is a frequent featured analyst for area publications such as Business Today, The Charlotte Business Journal, and many of the area's news media outlets.

Ford Elliott has a background in construction management from Clemson University. He is a licensed unlimited commercial general contractor, real estate broker, and owner of both BlackStream | Christie’s and SVN | BlackStream servicing Greenville, Columbia, Charleston, and Asheville. He is the former Vice President of Boyett Properties and he has owned his own firm for six years. Throughout his 10-year-career in real estate, Ford has completed a wide array of development, redevelopment, and acquisitions. His range of experience extends throughout the commercial, retail, multifamily, and residential sectors, and includes development, brokerage, construction, facility management, and project management.
